In an email sent out to Kickstarter backers, which seems like an opportune moment to mention that I was one, developers Chilled Mouse and Ste Curran have revealed that Chime Sharp will be coming to consoles very soon

The PS4 version of Chime Sharp is set to release on 21st February, with the Xbox One version a few days later on the 24th February

We never reviewed Chime Sharp, because ethically, reviewing something you cared enough for to back is not the most sensible thing, but it's a good game, certainly worth a look if you like music games
